”Staff were fantastic, meals were really well presented, good value and fresh.
Rooms were quiet, really comfortable and cosy. They smell so fresh, unlike the usual pub bedrooms I have stayed in.”
”Beautiful stay! Very comfy family room with a king bed and a single, fan provided as it was HOT! Very small bathroom but very clean with lots of towels. Gorgeous terrace for drinks and beautiful breakfast the next morning. The only suggestion would be the terrace is maybe reserved for residents as we wanted to go in for another drink and it was full which was a shame. But cant blame them, it was gorgeous there! Thank you for a lovely stay!”

The room had everything in it we needed.
All very clean.
Staff lovely, friendly and supper efficient.
Breakfast came as a nice surprise.
Plenty of choice and hot drinks were available 24hrs.
Would definitely stay again and recommend to all.
The only off point is the price of parking.
£24 for 24 hours but they did a deal with a car park a bit further away £18 .

”Fabulous hotel. The rooms are clean and the beds very comfortable. It was very quiet so we all slept well. It is,in easy walking distance for Albert Dock and numerous restaurants and cafes. The Palm Court bar area is stunningand the cocktails are superb. The hotel obviously focuses on Customer Service as every member of staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!”

Huoneen ikkuna oli ruostunut auki asentoon, eikä sitä saanut kiinni. Sisempi ikkuna toki meni kiinni, mutta tuuli sitä rämisytti kun puhalsi niin, että verhot sisällä heilui. Kun kerroin asiasta, henkilökunta toimitti huoneeseen pienen lisäpatterin ja paksumman peitteen. Huonetta ei myöskään siivottu kertaakaan neljän yön vierailun aikana, siellä ei edes...
”Its central for both the train station but also for the city centre shops. The staff are friendly and the check in is also plain and simple. The food in the restaurant is lovely definately a good choice if your in liverpool i will definately be back ”
”The building was looking so beautiful and my room was also looking good and well equipped. However the cleaning service for the next day was nit satisfying. We had to call over and over again before we could get our room cleaned. Overall my stay was good. The hotel is well equipped which is one of my best thing about the hotel.”
”Monipuoleinen aamiainen. Moni ruokalaji loppui kyllä kesken. Siivoojilla selkeästi liian kiire. Unohtivat vessapaperin tai vaihtoivat isot pyyhkeet vahingossa käsipyyhkeiksi. Vähän liian pienet huoneet. Kolme sänkyä, mutta ei mahtunut kolme matkalaukkua avonaisena. Ei kaappitilaa.
