”So we had a classic king room which was a small room but nice, bed was ok for comfort, only thing about the room from a woman perspective was if doing hair and makeup there was no light to see what you were doing at the mirror so you had to do separately but this is a small complaint, but it was a very nice hotel friendly staff, food was nice we didn't do breakfast, I would visit this hotel again we loved our stay ”

”One night stay for an event in town. Super friendly welcome, clean and cosy room, great value. We were on the top floor with lovely views. Our room was quite hot, even after opening a window, but this might be as the weather warmed up. Highly recommend.”

”Friendly and homely hotel - ideal for visiting Banff and golf course. Ample parking. Rooms very well maintained. Room 6 is large and well equipped. Food is excellent with a good range of meals in the restaurant. ”

”Clean room with everything you need”

”Highly overpriced hotel. They first offered us a basement floor very small room which we declined. They said that the request about a higher floor room did not go to them via hotels.com. To all - be strict and complain right away if they offer You a basement floor room because they are not good or the price should be -50%. Breakfast was good. It is not worth of eating at the hotel, much better is the village nearby, there is one good and fairly priced restaurant, called Mashed Ton (or something...

”I was phoned about where I was staying and found the cabin easily open and ready, the manager arrived to check everything was OK.”
