”We had a very lovely stay at this hotel. Room was tidy and is cleaned everyday if you want. Staff was friendly and approachable. We didn't have any problems at the hotel. Didn't use the restaurant. It is quite in the middle of the city, close to Great Portland Street underground station but not far if you want to walk around to british museum or Regent's park. ”Beautiful, modern and stylish hotel. Location is great as there are several tube stations and bus stops nearby and Westfield shopping center just around the corner. Room was nice and super clean and the decor was lovely. Sadly, the bed is quite narrow which means that is was difficult for two people to sleep. ”The location is good. The public areas were really small and the general feel for the hotel is that it is s 3 star hotel trying to be 4 star hotel. Not very much value for the money, so next time in London I will not come to Mandeville hotel to pay extra because of the location. The air in our room was stuffy, and tobacco smelled from somewhere which was strange. The personnel was friendly but some of them very inenperienced. ”
