”I’ve stayed at many fine hotels, but this stay at The Emory was a customer experience which just stood out in it’s excellence. Thus, while I normally refrain from writing reviews, the Emory team deserves one. The hotel is superb as to design and food. ”This is the loveliest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Period. It embraces old world England yet offers all the modern amenities. It feels, tastes and embraces all things British which I loved. Yes, it’s very expensive but, in this case, I felt it was worth it. ”

”Palvelutaso jotain aivan huikeaa. Olen opiskellut Lontoossa ja asunut siellä lukuisissa hotelleissa sekä käynyt yli sadassa maassa ja siten nähnyt paljon hyviä ja huonoja hotelleja. Tämä oli aivan jostain toiselta planeetalta palvelutasoltaan. He tietävät että huoneilla he eivät voi kilpailla joten he panostavat palveluun kovasti. Suosittelen!”

”We stayed for 4 nights in the Aldwych Rm, early July, 2025. Fantastic hotel, beautifully decorated throughout! Our room was wonderful, cool, quiet, incredible bathroom, and an extremely comfortable bed!
This hotel room was worth every penny, great breakfast every morning, included in the price!
Air conditioning in room, that was so welcome during the current UK heat wave, brilliant staff, good TV setup, very easy and powerful WiFi, room amenities that included complimentary drinks and snacks!...

”We had a one night stay with my daughter to celebrate her birthday. The staff was super welcoming and nice, they had even made a birthday card and left some chocolates and balloons in the room for her. Room was nice & clean, bed comfy. Would stay here again.”

”The Taj 51 was a beautiful hotel with outstanding service. We were so comfortable and everything felt luxurious. We were upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite that was spacious and gorgeous! We had complimentary breakfast and happy hour. It was wonderful after being out all day to come back to this hotel to relax. The attention to detail in the room is amazing as they anticipate your every need. Location is great with easy access to the tube.”

"We had a pleasant stay for four nights and would definitely book again in the future. The service was good and attentive. The superior room was spacious and items/bedding in the room was of good quality. The only thing not pleasant was the fitted carpet in the room, but thats a small minus overall. Location is excellent, very easy access to Gatwick, there is even a direct acces to Victoria station from the hotel. "
