Place is perfect, it is truly quiet and yet it is so near everything, including San Marco. From Airport or actually from anywhere, you have waterbuss stops within few hundreds meters (Zattere/Academica). Staff is really nice, breakfast is amazing (not about number of items but quality of those). Room was really nice and it was kept perfect condition...
