”The staff was so friendly, helpful, attentive. All the food at the hotel was so fresh and good. Breakfast was exceptional! We have been traveling all over Italy for 2 weeks and dinner at hotel restaurant was one of the best we had. If you stay, I recommend having dinner at the hotel at least one night. Max takes very good care of you!”

”This place was charming! And Noel, the caretaker, not only keeps it immaculate and in good repair, he was also very friendly and helpful. It was so very quiet there, we were able to sleep long to get over jet lag sooner.”

”The property is amazing, in an excellent location. The rooms are modern inside, and this is the cleanest hotel we’ve been in so far.
The staff is amazing, providing all the support that you need.
The cleaning service is amazing as well, you feel treated as a royalty.
The Il Picollo restaurant is amazing with great breakfast options and a quite fine dining service.
It was an amazing experience and we will definitely go back.

”Nice location. Wonderful, big room (we had executive room upstairs). Because this is no hotel, you can´t wait any services like breakfast. But you can easily go to shop or restaurant nearby. Staff was nice but nothing really special.
We can hear some noise from neighbours room but everything else was perfect. So we´ll see again.”

”The manager of the property was great and very friendly. Room was cleaned everyday and always left in a neat condition. We felt very safe when staying at the property. It was like a 5* place with impeccable interiors. Was initially weary when we saw some of the reviews but it was well beyond our expectations and would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay here!”

”Romantic hotel with excellent personnel, outstanding location close to everything [San Marco, Cuggenheim, Rialto] good connections (vaporetto station 20 m). Upper floor junior suite had no window to see thru or open, which was a bit confusing, so if You want to see something or open the window, request another suite.”

”After over 20 years of marriage, finally we had change to get our honeymoon trip too Venice. We stayed four night on this Hotel and we loved it. Place is perfect, it is truly quiet and yet it is so near everything, including San Marco. From Airport or actually from anywhere, you have waterbuss stops within few hundreds meters (Zattere/Academica). Staff is really nice, breakfast is amazing (not about number of items but quality of those). Room was really nice and it was kept perfect condition...

"Mainio hotelli lähellä kaikkia suurempia nähtävyyksiä, hotelli oli kumminkin hiljaisella paikalla. Tämä oli kuudes vierailuni Venetsiaan ja Hotelli kuuluu parhaimmiston missä olen siellä asunut.
Tein tämän matkan vanhempieni kanssa ja he saivat viereisiin huoneen ja myös he olivat tyytyväisiä.
Aamupala oli monipuolinen ja sali iso, mikä ei aina ole varmaa kaikissa hotelleissa Venetsiassa.
