”Staff was very friendly. Only 1 picnic table to sit at outside, the grass hadn’t been cut at all, no one used it. Room very basic, no tissues, facecloth, microwave or fridge. T.V. only had a few channels and the volume wouldn’t go past 15. If window is open it was hard to hear. Grocery store about 10 minute walk, ocean about 20 minutes.”

”The staff were fantastic very helpful and lovely to talk too and the room was beyond what I was expecting, beautifully clean lovely and warm the toilets were always clean and the shower was a walk in we absolutely enjoyed I stay and hopefully will be back next year. ”Really enjoyed our stay at the Falstaff in Canterbury. The hotel is in a great location to explore the city and there are lots of good restaurants to choose from in the area. We paid for breakfast included option and it was well worth the price - very good cooked breakfast options, and continental options were adequate - all the food was fresh and nicely presented. We really enjoyed the 6-7pm happy hour in the bar - it's a great idea and a good way to break the day between sightseeing and...

”We attended TOR rooms for a nice getaway before my wife gives birth, we had been approximately 3 years ago and had a great time. Unfortunately with the new owners it has gone completely downhill. Upon entering the room there were around 8-9 large spiders. Ordinarily, a couple of spiders I would chuck out of the window. This time however it was almost like an infestation. I had to kill about 6 and flush them before my wife would even settle. We could not get through to the staff on the phone so...

”Howfield Manor is a really lovely hotel. Quite a unique venue. The staff were so helpful. This is my second time at the hotel yesterday was for sisters Celebration of Life. We were in the marque which was beautifully laid out, the food was extremely good and the staff were very helpful. We had a lovely room which was very clean and we had a superb view of the gardens. Highly recommended.”
