”Monica and everyone at Casa Ensenada are so welcoming. It is a lovely little hotel in a fantastic neighbourhood. A small but sufficient breakfast is available daily. Room and everywhere was always very clean. But the staff lead by Monica is easily the reason to stay here. Always attentive, helpful and cheerful. Truly felt like they enjoy having you stay with them. ”

”No hot water, then no water for a full night into early morning. And no info regarding this from the hotel. A backpacker hotel, not a luxury hotel as advertised by Expedia. No spa or spa service, only two towels for the cold shower my husband and I took. Rooms barely cleaned after our second day. We finally booked a true luxury hotel at 1/9 the price of this total rip off. Disgraceful. ”

”Me cobraron de más, al día de hoy aún el banco no me reembolsa, la habitación no te la ventilación. , olía mal, demasiado calor , el baño tenía hongos, en la publicidad de la app no decía que el servicio de limpieza a la habitación no está incluido y hay que hacer pago adicional , el hotel no es feo, el personal es amable , solo que a mí me tocó una pésima experiencia , un dato más , el lugar se encuentra entre una escuela de perros y una primaria, el ruido empieza desde muy. Temprano ”

”The room was very nice as was the lobby and breakfast room. The rooftop terrace and jacuzzi were dirty. We thought the jacuzzi wasn't in service as it had no water and was very dirty. The checkin was unfriendly and no information at all was provided. There were a couple of small signs in Spanish and English advising of the wifi, a free drink on arrival and to give 15 minutes advance notice to use the terrace and jacuzzi. But zero verbal greeting or information. Nothing was ever volunteered by...
