”The staff was helpful, friendly and attentive with guests. The one thing I would change would be to not keep drinks or edibles on floors that can’t be supervised by staff for the purpose of cleanliness. We enjoyed our staff and felt safe at all times in and around the property.”

”We got the room on 1st floor and it was so damp and humid, no air circulation, especially in the bedroom. Because of that reason bathroom smelled like mold pretty badly. Overall staff was good, helpful and friendly. Good location.”

”We arrived later in the evening and the night receptionist Uriel was very delightful and helpful. He got us settled in very quickly and was always helpful - as were the other desk receptionists. The rooms were nicely appointed, great comfortable beds, very clean. My traveling companion loved the architecture of the building and rooms (I don't notice these things). There is also a small cafe attached to the atrium of the hotel - we ate there a few times and enjoyed it. The location couldn't be...
