Eine wunderschöne ruhige Bucht für den perfekten Badeurlaub. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Zimmer sauber.

Die gesamte Anlage bzw. das ganze Konzept passt einfach voll und ganz. Die schönen und praktischen Zimmer, das tolle Essen. die Strandlage, das freundliche Personal, alles top. Kann man uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Parkplatz bekommt man eigentlich immer in der unmittelbaren Nähe. Für mich die schönste Bucht von Ibiza, und wir haben viele gesehen. Etwas abgelegen, aber genauso wollten wir es. Die wenigen schlechten Kritiken sind einfach nicht nachvollziehbar. Wir waren mehr als zufrieden.

The location is very good if you want to spend your day at the beach. The food of the hotel is also good and has variety and the restaurant's staff is great. The facilities are poor and old for a hotel that has 4 stars. My room was connected with the next one via a door. There was zero soundproofing. It was like sharing the room with the neighbours. The staff in general is friendly (with one exception). However, the room was not ready at check in time and when I asked whether I could pick up my last day very basic breakfast due to very early check out, the morning shift staff said yes and kept a note. To my surprise though, at checking out the person of the night shift rudly indicated that this is not the hotel's policy and that there was no note for him to give me anything. He was not even listening just talking about his own version of facts that I understood wrongly and no arrangement has been made. Sorry but for the price we pay for sure we deserve more politeness and better facilities. It's the first time I have such an average and below expectations experience wih Grupotel. I hope they will improve.

Great place to unwind and enjoy beach!
Staff was friendly, hotel location and beach was fantastic for what we were looking for which was to relax and be away from hustle and bustle. The beach and cove its located in is absolutely beautiful. Hotel itself was ok, clean and comfortable overall. Our sofa was ripped, and would have like AC to work a little better, but other than that it was good. The only trade off to beauty of location is the distance to Ibiza Town and tours. Other than that, great place to relax by beach.

Personnel très gentil. Notre seul problème est qu’on a eu une fuite d’eau dans la salle de bain. La vue sur plage était magnifique. Pour le petit déjeuner il y’a beaucoup de choix. Charcuterie, sucré etc

Leider wurde mehrmals unser Zimmer nicht gereinigt. Handtücher sehr selten aufgefüllt. Als wir fragten ob wir vor dem Hotel parken dürfen(da beide näheren Plätze voll waren), hiess es es gäbe weiter weg noch welche. Oder sonst ab 20Uhr (4h später) werde es wieder etwas freier... Das Babybett wurde leider auch erst am 2. Tag bereit gestellt... Essen war gut, und wenn sie das Zimmer machten war es auch in Ordnung.

Me and my partner stayed for 4 nights. Absolutely stunning location, cant beat it if you dont mind getting a taxi or bus to the other areas on the island. Bus and taxi is about a 20 minute ride to the old town, have to catch a second bus from eulalia but the journey and scenery is beautiful. Breakfast included which is a fairly decent variety every morning. The staff are excepttionally friendly and helpful. Coctails arnt the best att he bar but you can pop over to any one of the amazing resteraunts on the beach walk or even next door to the dream hotel bar. Toom and Hotel itself is a little bit outdated but very very clean every day, for what you are paying for its not bad to be honest .. we didnt spend any time in the hotel room tbh we booked a sea front view which was absolutely breathtaking views, this location is like being transported into a postcard, best holiday we have both been on ever. Loved it, didnt want to leave !!!.. ps. Dont pay for a sun lounger and shade on the beach, use the hotel loungers or buy an umbrella from the local shop and dave money. The local supermarket also sell everything you will need. Ibiza in general in the old town can be quite expensive so just be careful with your budget and you will have an amazing time !!!!

Prachtige omgeving, zeer vriendelijk personeel en alles is voorhanden bij het hotel. Wij hadden alleen ontbijt en dit was ook ok. Het is jammer genoeg echt een oud hotel. Je hoort er alles. Zouden ze het gewoon vanbuiten eens verven en vanbinnen opnieuw doen en dus de huidige 70ties inrichting vervangen zou het gewoon super zijn.

La habitación 205 está situada entre las cinco peores del hotel. Pensé que por precio me debía corresponder ese ala lateral y simplemente solicite piso más alto para evitar los olores de las cocinas. Durante tres días me indicaron que me cambiarían pero nunca lo hicieron. ( Srta Roberta ) al tercer día desistí.

Buenos días Señor Jose Manuel lo sentimos mucho pero en los días en los que os quedasteis con nosotros nunca tuvimos disponibilidad de habitaciones estándar (como la que habéis reservado ) en un piso más alto que el segundo, de lo contrario hubiera sido nuestra prioridad cambiarles Saludos Cordiales

4* CORRECTO, PERO BASICO.
Hotel de 4* correcto,... pero básico. Lo mejor: La ubicación en la cala, la cala, el personal y el buffet. Mejorable: horario corto en cena en termino, lo del gotele en paredes/techos es poco estético y antiguo, orientado al cliente extranjero (italiano), colchones/almohadas mejorables.... y que controlen las reservas de las tumbonas, cogidas desde primera hora SIN estar la gente !!

Old hotel with bad customer experience
Far away and quiet Beach. Many negatives though: -Old hotel -Extra charge for safe -Dinner doesnt include drinks -There is no parking in the hotel -They wouldnt provide plates and silverware for room -Zero Care with covid (each one serves your own food/drinks with no gloves, guest with no masks and no complains) -Service Room passes before 9 and dont came back If you are in the room -Not enough space around the pool for guests -Hotel works on a mass tourism scheme and not concerned on providing a good experience for the customer, just take more money from them -Pillow the thinest Ive ever seen

Hôtel sympathique face à une très belle plage
Nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour son emplacement face à la très belle plage de Saint Vincent, nous avons pas été déçue elle est sublime. Et c'est le point fort de cet hôtel. Nous pouvons petit déjeuner et déjeuner en extérieur face à celle ci. Cependant, l'hôtel a besoin d'être rénové. La piscine est assez petite et ne rend pas comme sur les photos. Si vous le pouvez privilégiez une chambre face à la mer. L'ensemble du personnel est vraiment très gentils et serviables.
