”I stayed this recent weekend for my son’s 5th birthday and it couldn’t have been more perfect. We had an oceanfront room, there’s a separate living room area from the bedroom and 2 bathrooms it was just what I wanted. From the direct beach access from the hotel, and 2 complementary drinks each night it was amazing. We also had 2 chairs for the day at the beach, and towels included. ”I've been to plenty Tru by Hilton hotels for years and this is the worst. When I first walk in the room the bathroom had a half roll of toilet paper not to mention the toilet was clogged up before I could even use and not enough towels for me and my partner. Rooms were not properly clean and barely could get the TV to work. Valet was taking 20-30 mins to park and retrieve my car. The next time I'm in town I will be finding elsewhere and I could barely get the help from the desk.”
