”We loved it! Everything about it, the area, how it was kept up, and of course, Henrietta was wonderful. The location was absolutely beautiful. We already are trying to schedule another stay for next summer. ”

”These cottages are special. It is a peaceful and safe area and so quiet! I would absolutely rent here again. It is close to Edinburgh, Stirling, even Glasgow. Please don’t be swayed thinking it’s too far from things. The privacy is worth it. Grounds are also beautiful to walk on. Thank you for a lovely stay! ”

”Good for family (2 adults, 4 kids). Good location, 30 minute walk or 10-15 minute bus ride to the city centre. Clean apartment, some initial struggle with the front door key ‘technique’ but the video was helpful, could’ve done with a few more kitchen utensils / oven trays for self catering. Overall good, would stay again. ”

”Everything was great! The owners were responsive to our questions, check in was easy and the place was beautiful in a beautiful location! The only downside was that we didn’t have enough time to stay longer. Loved it!”

”Very quaint old stone cottage in a lovely quiet seting. Away from the hustle and bustle but just a 20min train ride to Endiburgh central which we used. Car probably needed for random day trips as we did.All in all a nice spot with vey quick response from our hosts to any queries.Richard”
