”Hintaansa nähden ok paikka yöpyä. Vuode oli riittävän kokoinen kahdelle, kylpyhuone todella pieni, eikä siinä juuri ollut yksityisyyttä, mutta siihen osasimme varautua. Parkkitilaa löytyi ja sijainti hyvä, valtatien varrella, kun teimme autolla retkiä ja kävimme majapaikassa vain nukkumassa. Todella mukava henkilökunta.”

”We loved this hotel. There are several bus stops by the hotel to take you into the city or to take you to the train station. There is also a restaurant on the property with a really good drink selection and good food. There is also a market within walking distance. The staff was so helpful. The room was very clean with a towel warmer, and the bed was extremely comfortable and big.”

”Nice hotel conveniently located for visiting Doune Castel, the Kelpies, Falkirk Wheel, and Blackness. Breakfast was wonderful and hotel was quiet despite hosting a lively wedding. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.”

”Hotelli sijaitsi mukavasti lähellä lentokenttää. Noin 10 min matka l.kentälle. Spa-osasto jäi testaamatta. Hinta-laatusuhde hyvä. Modernit huoneet vanhan tyyppisessä rakennuksessa. Erittäin rauhallinen yöpymisympäristö. Ravintolassa oli tylsältä vaikuttava pub-tyyppinen menu, mutta listalta umpimähkään valittu kala-annos oli valmistettu fressistä, vasta pyydystetystä fisusta.Nam. Ruasta arvosana 9. Ja se on paljon hotellin ravintoaruoasta.”

”The hotel was the perfect manor experience. The garden area and backyard was lovely. At the beginning of April, it was a little too cool to spend time sitting outside. The breakfast was not quite at the level I would have expected based on the rest of the experience. Quite a limited selection. The staff was very friendly.”

”Another great stay at this wonderful and peaceful hotel. Beware of the dog (charge) - it’s expensive at £25 per pet per night. Otherwise one of our very favourite places to come and relax!”

”Pidin hotellin siisteydestä sekä vastaanoton mukavista palveluväestä. Myös aamupalalla ja ravintolan puolella henkilökunta oikein mukavaa. Aamupalan palvelun nopeudessa voisi hieman parantaa, mutta Skottilainen aamupala oli oikein hyvää. Oma huoneeni sijaitsi hotellin sisäänkäynnin yläpuolella, jonka vuoksi ulko-oven avaamiset kuuluivat huoneeseeni jonkin verran, kenties siinä voisi olla äänenvaimennuksen lisäämisen paikka. Kaikenkaikkiaan kuitenkin erittäin mukava hotelli ja vahva suositus, jos...

”The heating in the room was turned way too high as we arrived, it was like a sauna, apparently to compensate for the cold weather outside :) Everything else went great; friendly staff, clean hotel, delicious breakfast.”

”September. Very cold in room on arrival. Bathroom newish, good towels. Room service worked well. Restaurant food good, but took a long time. Staff seemed confused, even more so at breakfast, which was otherwise excellent. Kippers should be served only outdoors - the smell is terrible!”

"Great location and we really liked the (cold) breakfast even if it was simple (for a hotel.) Rather pricey for three stars but I guess that’s just the Edinburgh price level. It’s a sort of smallish hotel and the service was also really friendly and easy-going, which gave the place a relaxed feel."
