”Check-in/out were quick and smooth. The gentleman who checked me in was friendly. I've learned from positive experiences not to judge a motel by its old exterior. My room was updated, nicely decorated and CLEAN. My only issue was not having a small table to prepare a meal on or eat at. . . especially since I was pouring out and warming up a can of soup. There isn't room for a table but maybe a high TV tray that could be folded up and stored in the cubby where luggage rack is? I appreciated...
”What a great place. The owners were friendly and greeted us with chocolate chip cookies. The room was super clean and the grounds well taken care of. You can tell the owners take pride in their property. There was a bar/grill next door with a gorgeous view of the ocean, a convenience store next to that and I'll will stay with them next time we go thru San Simeon. This place is a gem and highly recommend staying here.”
