It’s in walking distance from a pizza place and a couple other restaurants, which was nice to not have to drive. But during the night around 2 am there seem to be a little party outside our door but didn’t seem to last long as it dissipated in a short time.

”What a great place. The owners were friendly and greeted us with chocolate chip cookies. The room was super clean and the grounds well taken care of. You can tell the owners take pride in their property. There was a bar/grill next door with a gorgeous view of the ocean, a convenience store next to that and I'll will stay with them next time we go thru San Simeon. This place is a gem and highly recommend staying here.”
