”We found chips in our blankets. The SMELL of the room. I had to go buy plug ins because it was so bad. I had to use wipes to clean everything down because it was still sticky. And let's not talk about the refrigerator still have stuff inside of it. The restroom was nice and the breakfast was nice. They didn't have any pillows they just gave us extra blankets. Which worked I guess. The ice machine was always empty.”

”Over all our stay was just okay, we paid a good amount to stay but it was not worth it at all! The rooms smelled weird, bedding and pillow cases smelled gross. The restroom had rust in it and paint was coming off on the door. No extra blankets. We have a 2 year old and this is supposed to be a family friendly/ kid friendly place and our baby cried bc he was trying to eat the bar of soap from the restroom.. of course i took it away! Front office then complained on us because our baby was crying....

”We were given our room 2 hours late. And thats because we went to ask about it since we were not called after the first hour of waiting. Premises are old and smelly. Beds were very small. Full size actually when advertised as queen beds.. ”

”It was surprisingly empty, even during the peak of the season. The property felt old, run-down, and had an unpleasant smell. The staff was rude and unwelcoming. Overall, we were very disappointed with our stay. They rate it as a 4 stars”

”First of all the elevator is very dirty and has a very bad smell in our room we had no water pressure to get a decent shower took forever because of low pressure only one set of towels to lasts for days didn’t leave enough toilet paper no washcloth had to go out and buy one TV in the bedroom could not get to work smoke alarm kept going off I had to disconnect it from the wall and pull the battery kept going off for no reason one night left it on the counter”

”No funciona el internet, las colchas estan viejas y son muy especiales en el complejo, cobran 25 dlls al llegar por personas entre los 10 y 32 años para usar las instalaciones, esto no lo mencionaba las restricciones. Es muy comodo para estacionarse y salir a la playa y amenidades ”

”The room: clean with great working air conditioning, bed was AWFUL, no dishwasher and just generally dated. The location: fantastic since you can see the SpaceX launch towers from the 6th floor but it's not easy to walk to the beach. The rental management company: great communication with easy, clear instructions on entry to the room. The down side was pest control in the whole building in the middle of our trip but it was communicated after our arrival. Overall: it was just so-so but could have...
