”The room was “damp “ and the air conditioner was so loud . The sheets where wet /damp and the room smelled of mold . They sent us maintenance and told us to keep the room at 63–64 … we froze it was so cold and smelled even worse . We changed rooms which was better no mold smell but we still had the same problem with the damp room wet sheets and soooo cold at night with the air conditioning right at your face . Did not sleep well at all for 2 night .”

”Not like the pictures, swim up pool/bar was closed the entire time along with the other pool bar in the middle. Some friendly staff. Booked ocean front and got put into a resort front that smelled like chlorine. Wouldn't base your vacation on the pictures highly disappointed ”

”My boyfriend & I plus our friend stayed here! pet friendly! Love that, our room door did not want to open it would take us 3/4 minutes to actually open the door. Friend tried fitness center only had one functional treadmill, aside from that breakfast was amazing! 5/5! 💛”

”The pictures on the advertisement wasn’t what we saw after we got there, there were dead bugs and fake fingernails on the floor and it took several hours for staff to clean it.”

”First of all the elevator is very dirty and has a very bad smell in our room we had no water pressure to get a decent shower took forever because of low pressure only one set of towels to lasts for days didn’t leave enough toilet paper no washcloth had to go out and buy one TV in the bedroom could not get to work smoke alarm kept going off I had to disconnect it from the wall and pull the battery kept going off for no reason one night left it on the counter”

”The room: clean with great working air conditioning, bed was AWFUL, no dishwasher and just generally dated. The location: fantastic since you can see the SpaceX launch towers from the 6th floor but it's not easy to walk to the beach. The rental management company: great communication with easy, clear instructions on entry to the room. The down side was pest control in the whole building in the middle of our trip but it was communicated after our arrival. Overall: it was just so-so but could have...
