Asuntolaivat – Isla Contoy

”This was our first time going to a TRS and although there are things that could make your stay more enjoyable (which I will list below) I will start with the positives that this resort has to offer. 1 - The butler service. Although it took us a few days to actually meet our butler, once we had contact with them, they were extremely helpful. So my recommendations is to find out who your butler is as soon as you arrive and make contact with them. 2- the adults only side is a bit small but you have...

”Beautiful brand new building,Nice staff what needs improvement is the food at all restaurants poor quality And no night life boring nothing to do in late evening”

”Excellent experience, excellent and professional staff I recommend it and I’ll return soon”

”Really loud hotel, the main road is loud and with the lack of insulation, you can hear every single golf cart, scooter and music coming from the restaurants. Some restaurant was playing music until 2am and even with noice cancelling headphones, sleeping was difficult. Otherwise quite clean hotel, friendly staff who knows english. ”

”Staff is very attentive and professional. They are the best❣️”

”No problem staying here again. My only critique was the constant upselling upon arrival. We wasted a lot of time saying “no” to things. You should be able to opt out of that type of solicitation before arriving.”

”Excellent kid friendly property.”

”Huone oli siisti, erittäin ystävällinen henkilökunta. Ruoka oli todella hyvää.”

”I am definitely staying here again. Rooms were clean and kept up. Staff was great and easy to work with. Great massage area to”

”Basic accomodation with great location by the North beach. The beach is great and you will have walking distance to all restaurants and shops. The room is very simple and there were not even cups or glasses. Towels and bedlinen good and a small fridge great. I had to keep the curtains closed as there is a corridoor next to the window so everyone can see to the room if the curtain is open. But here, you will enjoy the beach and the food and the drinks, and do not stay in the room anyway.”

”The rooms and hotel itself is okay, nothing to write home about, just okay. The staff is pleasant and helpful. The location is excellent. It’s just a block away from the Main Street that the ferry terminal is on and the main avenue of shops and restaurants.”

”Food is 10/10”

”Laaja resort, jossa on varmasti jokaiselle jotain. Siistit huoneet, huonepalvelu, paljon ruokavaihtoehtoja. Iltaisin viihdeohjelmaa ja jopa leffateatteri hotellissa. Rannat on Costa Muherisassa siistit. Hyvä kohde.”

”Location is the best you can find in Playa Norte. Spectacular beach is right next to you, the area is quiet and still only two blocks away from the center of restaurants and shopping. Ac worked well. Had to wait for hot water a bit in the shower and pressure wasn’t very good. The pool was clean and pool area very cosy and quiet. It is next to the reception, but the rooms themselves are on the other side of the road. Room, linen, towels were all very clean. One lonely cockroach spotted in the...
