”Staffs are very kind. Nice and clean facilities are very good for families with small kids. This resort has most beautiful beach in Cancun area. No rocks in the sea, it is very important for small kids who is playing in the ocean. However, sound proof of the room is seriously weak. I could hear normal conversations of next room. ”The only restaurant that has good food was the Chinese restaurant and the waiter Gerardo is amazing he is the best, also Francisco the butler he’s really helpful and has great customer service. The pool attendant Marco doesn’t like to help the non-member guests. He is rude and only pay attention to the members so he can receive tips from them, he didn’t let me get any chair and didn’t want to open the umbrella he even gave popsicles to the other guest and even bother to ask the non-member...

”Casa de Suenos is so beautiful. I can't imagine staying anywhere else. It looks just like the pictures and is so chill. The first night we heard live salsa music from a nearby venue and danced around the pool. That will be a core memory for us. The cleaning staff is amazing. We collected some shells and the staff cleaned between the shells! My daughter got a nose bleed (no injury, just a kid thing) while we were there and the staff was so lovely about it. ”Basic accomodation with great location by the North beach. The beach is great and you will have walking distance to all restaurants and shops. The room is very simple and there were not even cups or glasses. Towels and bedlinen good and a small fridge great. I had to keep the curtains closed as there is a corridoor next to the window so everyone can see to the room if the curtain is open. But here, you will enjoy the beach and the food and the drinks, and do not stay in the room anyway.”
