”Wonderful family stay at Casa Azul Maya! We did have a ground floor room which was a bit more humid - but the AC kept it cool and it was fine for all of us. Beds were comfortable, staff helpful and room was cleaned everyday with fresh bath and beach towels as needed. The partnership with Loretta’s was perfect; amazing breakfasts, access to pool and ocean were picturesque. South side of the island is much calmer and slower pace -with great food, coffee and Punta Sur—- we’d come back in a heart...

”Very special place w/ own private beach and peaceful athosphere. Not a luxury and definitely need some renovation all over. But our family lined very much, beach was awesome. Manager Anna was very nice but other service could have been slightly more proactive. Fiid is not that great except sea food. Breakfast (continental means toasts) takes an hour due to kitchen... We were able to change rooms when no hot water. Then family room was big enough and original. Sometimes is not credited...

”The spa wasnt open , the restaurant wasnt open . Both showers leaked , But , overall very nice and quiet . The A.C. worked good .”

”I got upgraded to a beach front room, and loved it. My only negative, was the loud DJ. Thankfully he ended his set early enough, for some sleep. But he might as well have set camp, in my room. If you aren’t in party mode? keep the jungle room!”

”This condo was amazing! It was spotless and had everything we needed plus some. The staff on the property was so kind. The beds were super comfortable and the views are to die for!!! We will 100% be back!”
