”Second half of trip here, moved from mid Island. Room was ok, pillows were awful! Staff helped if asked, nothing special but nothing simply wrong either. Crying & screaming kids were an issue. Not hotels fault but seriously an issue. Add barking dogs too. Lots of outside noises...
It rained, small leak was dripping onto bedside table then hitting hubby in face, just weird. I don't know where we'll stay next but passing on this place.
Cute courtyard area, small pool, loved finding the turtle.”

”Really loud hotel, the main road is loud and with the lack of insulation, you can hear every single golf cart, scooter and music coming from the restaurants. Some restaurant was playing music until 2am and even with noice cancelling headphones, sleeping was difficult.
Otherwise quite clean hotel, friendly staff who knows english.

”Don’t waste your money or your valuable vacation time on this hotel. The service was terrible! The woman checking people in couldn’t speak any English and upon arrival their credit card machine wasn’t working. It took us over 45 minutes waiting for her to troubleshoot the problem before she let us into the room. She also requested a deposit of $1000 in pesos or some form of identification to keep throughout our stay. We had just arrived and hadn’t obtained funds, so I was forced to give her my...

”Basic accomodation with great location by the North beach. The beach is great and you will have walking distance to all restaurants and shops. The room is very simple and there were not even cups or glasses. Towels and bedlinen good and a small fridge great. I had to keep the curtains closed as there is a corridoor next to the window so everyone can see to the room if the curtain is open. But here, you will enjoy the beach and the food and the drinks, and do not stay in the room anyway.”
