”Great staff, very helpful. We were in room 1 which is a clean modern room. You do hear a little traffic noise but not enough that it's an issue. Just watch you don't rest a bare knee on the heated towel rail when you're sat on the toilet!”

”We often pick the graduate because we love the atmosphere, river views and location. Room was great as always.. Until we dropped something and looked under the bed.. Could do with a hoover. Other than that and the lack of black pudding.. The usual perfect stay. The staff are always welcoming, friendly and attentive. The balcony was bonus, even in December. ”

”My room was absolutely lovely - fan on and window open ready for me on what was a very hot day. Very clean, comfortable and all the staff were welcoming and friendly. Dinner excellent as was the breakfast. EV charger most welcome too. ”
