”Staff were very nice and helpful. Room was clean and modern. The hotel is about 10mins walk from the train station. It is manageable as there is no bus or taxi in the area. I would highly recommend this place. Small family hotel but very nice and very clean. ”

”We did not receive Anu information a bout hotel from in the check in. It took 2-3 minutes in desk and she (reception) took our passports and told after half an hour come take your pass. I paid 25 € for room decoration and a drink, for my husbands birthday, but the decoration was exactly for honey moon not for a birthday! So disappointed. Our fridge did not work for first day and after our report on second day still in evening the replacement on the floor was not anyway cold until evening third...

Aito perhe yritys joissa perheen jäsenet palvelee ja se huoma palvelun laadusta, joustavuudesta. Huoneessa on mahtava näköala laaksoon, ruoat ovat tosi hyviä kohtuullisella hinnalla, spa ja ulko poreallas on loistavaa. Kohtuu lähellä Bergamon kaupungin. Menemme varmasti jatkossa tähän hotelliin uudelleen ja ehdottomasti suosittelen.”

”Very beautiful and cozy hotel! Our room had a great view to the garden and Lugano lake. Spacious room, which was very clean and pleasant, it had a nice balcony. There was an excellent pianist playing in the lounge whole evening on Saturday night. Hotel is situated by only 20 minutes walk from the city center and there was a free bus connection frequently going to city center. We recommend the hotel and would like to visited soon again. ”
