Hyvä hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla
Asiansa ajava hyvä perushotelli. Kaikki suurimmat nähtävyydet kävelyetäisyydellä. Hotellin edestä menevä tie on myös mukavan rauhallinen, koska siinä on pääsääntöisesti vain raitiovaunuliikennettä.

A friendly hotel in a perfect location
We spent a week in Istanbul with my family on christmas time 2014. The location of the hotel was beond perfect! All the historical sights were on a very short walking distance. The tram and a subway station were also very close to the hotel, which made moving around very easy. Hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The airline lost our stroller for the child and it took about 30 minutes for the staff to get us another stroller, while we were waiting for our own. The staff was great, I really mean it. Hotel rooms were a little smallish. There was a nice decent size pool downstairs and a panorama restaurant with a gorgeous view. The food was absolutely delicious. We had dinner there only once, since the hotel is surrounded by nice restaurants. In case if you didn't notice already, I would most definetly recommend this hotel to everyone! :)

Well situated for transport/ restaurants and easy access to the sights of Istanbul. Bit noisy but a small price to pay for the convenience

Gebuchtes Zimmer erst nach Beschwerde erhalten. Leider wurden wir mit einem Kind direkt unter dem Restaurant eingebucht, das war leider extrem laut bis spät abends. Wir dachten das Fruhstück gibt es auch im Restaurant auf der Dachterasse, doch leider war es im Keller.

Ein sehr gutes Hotel zum Übernachten und frühstücken. Zentral gelegen und alle Ziele bzw Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß oder der direckt am Hotel fahrenden Straßenbahn (die nachts überhaupt nicht stört) zu erreichen. Ein sehr großes Lob an die höflichen und in jeder Lage sehr hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiter am Empfang.... Ps: Eine Renovierung demnächst würde nicht schaden,aber wie schon oben erwähnt- für einen Städtetripp und Übernachten völlig in Ordnung. Zu diesem Zweck empfehle ich es gern

La literie pas bon pour le dos . L'insonorisation des chambres laisse à désirer. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas du tout bien conservé sur le buffet, qualité médiocre. Personnel toutefois, très gentil et aimable.

The first night they placed us in a room too small for 3 people but it was resolved the next day. Staff very friendly and helpful, location was amazing and spa and pool a plus after walking the whole day!

Pictures were deceiving. We booked the family suite. It was tiny. Could barely walk around the bed. The bathroom was so small we had to dress/undress one by one in the extra small bedroom .heat and ac not working despite multiple calls to front desk. Front desk staff do not speak english and know nothing of the area. Breafast buffet was a joke. Do not stay at this hotel.

Litt slitent hotell som kunne ha vært vedlikeholdt litt bedre. Supertynne vegger slik at du hører alt fra korridoren og andre hotellrom. Gjorde at man sov lite pga støy fra andre. Ellers super beliggenhet! Men lite søvn...

Great place to stay in the city center
Very courteous and helpful staff always willing to make your stay comfortable. Breakfast was awesome with a great healthy variety. Most historical places walking distance. City tours arranged by the hotel and picked up from the hotel. English speaking guides who took good care and very informative tour

The area is close to main attractions. Gloria jeans manager was welcoming. The guide supplied by the hotel, Murat, was fabulous. He was extremely knowledgeable and very kind as he stayed with us until the queues had lessened after 6 o’clock so that we could visit the Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque even though we started at 10 am.

Grest location and price
Pleasantly surprised! Aftet reading some bad reviews I expected the worst. Yes, this hotel is on a tramline but it is an amazing location! Yes the taxi's cannot drop you out the front but the side streets are literally a 50mtr walk! The staff in reception were very helpful, the breakfast had a good variety, the room was very comfortable and clean, the indoor pool was lovely. In comparison to other hotels it was great value for money. Would definitely recommend based on location, price and comfort 👌

Location is excellent. Most staff do not acknowledge you by smiling or saying good morning when you go into reception or other areas, including breakfast. One lady at reception was very nice , even offered us complimentary breakfast on arrival. She always smiled . Sonnur at breakfast also always said good morning to guests. The other staff did not make us feel welcomed there. I would not stay there again, despite the lovely location.

今回、留学中の子供を一人で宿泊させましたが深夜の到着にも関わらず快く迎えていただきありがとうございました。また、WhatsAppアプリでのやりとりにも対応していただき、こちらも安心できました。部屋は快適との事で、立地も徒歩で回れる見どころが沢山あり、良かったです。

This hotel is in an excellent location if you want to see all the main tourist things. The restaurant on the roof was the highlight as it has the best service and good food. The downside of this hotel is that the walls are paper thin... you can hear everything in adjacent rooms.

Hotel on a tram way so be prepared of the rumble passed frequently in the day. You can’t park nor can you get picked up outside. The hotel was clean and met our needs. In US or UK it would be a 2 perhaps 3 star. Breakfast buffet was well presented with loads of choice.

Difficile dare un giudizio, dal momento che non abbiamo potuto soggiornare in questo albergo nessuna delle tre notti prenotate. I problemi iniziano ancora prima del nostro arrivo, quando -volendo prenotare il transfer dall'aeroporto- scrivo ben due mail, alle quali non ricevo risposta. Col senno di poi, meglio così: il taxi costa la metà. Arriviamo in hotel alle 10 di sera, dopo un lento check in ci informano che per un "problema tecnico", che stanno risolvendo, dovremmo dormire la prima notte in in altro albergo a pochi passi. Stanchi e non proprio contenti, passiamo la notte così; al mattino ci viene assicurato che "today no problem!". Al nostro arrivo alla reception del primo albergo si ripete la scena: problema tecnico, siamo molto spiacenti, dormirete stanotte in un terzo albergo e verrete qui domattina. A questo punto ci rifiutiamo di rifare le valigie la terza mattina di fila e pretendiamo di dormire le due notti rimanenti in questo nuovo hotel -dove ci sono stati altri problemi, ma questa è una storia a sé...- Ovviamente nessuno ha fatto neanche il gesto di offrirci o scontarci qualcosa, dato il disagio creato.

上の階で水を使用したときの音が気になった。 備品が壊れていたので交換を依頼したが、対応が遅かった。 それ以外は問題なく、観光地へのアクセスは非常に良かった。
