”The room was clean, but dated. The pictures on the website look much better than the actual room. Very run down, old out of style. Waiting for a refund from the price the hotel charged which was more than the Expedia reservation. When asked to speak to a manager, was off on Sunday.”

”De’ondre at the front desk went above and beyond in hospitality. The beds were comfortable, rooms clean, and property quiet, despite it being right down town. It was in walking proximity to many restaurants as well as having good food in house. The AC was not quite dependable, with the temp fluctuating but that’s our only complaint.”

”This is not your typical hotel stay, so when I say everything was well maintained, service was good, etc, it accounts for the fact it is a very old home with some original or era appropriate things (such as old doornobs which my daughter commented on), and that it is a true B&B so it is their home and they have lives and it is not a standard hotel setting (they had a hair dryer, just not in every bathroom). ”Overall we liked the property, courteous staff and clean rooms. What we didn't like is that the bed had a crunchy plastic type mattress protector on it which both my husband and I sweat from during the night so we didn't get the best night's sleep. That's our only complaint. We haven't experienced this before at other Fairfield's or at other hotels so thought it was odd.
