”Nice and easy check in, we reserved a space in the car park which was 100 metres away, even after check out we could leave it there until 1:00pm which enabled us to take a short walk to the shopping centre. The room was comfortable and well equipped with ironing board, on return from an event we used the restaurant not arriving until 10:00pm and although it shuts at 10:00pm they were happy to seat us, it’s an Indian restaurant and the food and service was excellent. We didn’t pre book breakfast...

”The room was ok, perhaps not as good as one would expect from a 5 star hotel. Bathroom had a lot of issues, tiles were broken, shower was malfunctioning per hot & cold water, it was set the wrong way (you should have turned the shower handle different way than instructions), as well as cracks in the walls.
