”The neighborhood around the house was sketchy. When we first arrived someone was being arrested across the street. The only parking is on the street and we were worried about our vehicles during our stay. The owner has multiple cameras around the property and made it clear that they were watching us during our stay. Checkout time was at 10:00am and someone was waiting at 10:01 to make sure we were out of the house. The owner required a picture of my credit card and ID for the deposit. I thought...

”Quiet. Easy to access San Antonio attractions. Clean. All supplies provided except dish towels (required to wash dishes and put them in exact spot we found them). Comfortable bed. Answers to a text query came quickly. Shower head leaked when in use. The front door needs to be fixed so that it can be locked. (We tried many positions of the door and if the door was pushed, it would open). The carport would comfortably fit a midsized vehicle at best.”

”Even though the neighborhood is a little sketchy, this cute home served its purpose for myself and my children. We were in town for the state basketball tournament and were able to save over $30 in parking fees since it was close enough to walk. It has a rustic charm to it. It had plenty of towels and sleeping space. I had no problem whipping up breakfast for my family. I'm glad they had a washer and dryer, too. ”Had to wash a guest bedroom pillow cover that appeared tonhave blood on it. Also many broken blinds in master bedroom, couldnt sleep after sunrise. Noisy neigbors at night bumping their bass and rooster in neigbors yard wakes you up in combination with sunlight.”

”Love the communication and the property everything was super clean when we got there and user-friendly it was perfect for our first family vacation.”

We noticed some Hispanic men holding automatic rifle and hand gun that they took from the back of a vehicle, giggling and laughing at each other. ”San Antonio is an experience all its own. Hotel Gibbs added to that experiencing because of its proximity to everything in the city. We valeted our car for two days and didn’t call it back until we were ready to leave the city. Everything is within walking distance and so beautiful!”
