”The mattresses are horrible but the overnight clerk or manager was nice enough to make some accommodations for us. The mattresses not being properly maintained is def a bummer. Pillows should be upgraded. Vending machines and arm should be upgraded and a larger variety of drinks should be available as well. Energy drinks at 7$ is not appropriate. A can of soda for 4 is ridiculous. Having someone watch you eat breakfast or make you your waffle just so you don’t make a mess is too much micro...

”Parking is really great, garage is guarded by fences, which persons are not allowed, unless their booking room or parking their vehicle, so I have to say it’s pretty safe according to my experiences!”

”I wish the staff had been more helpful when I asked to upgrade my stay. Unfortunately, I decided to go to another hotel instead. My room wasn't really clean; I could feel the dust on the surfaces, including the towels. I had to keep asking for assistance. Thank you.”

”Very nice Hotel in an interesting historical building. The personnel was very friendly and helpful, but the neighbourhood is a bit scary with a lot of drug addicts and rubbish on the road. Quick metro connection to downtown If you dare ride on it.”

”Beautiful property. Most of the staff polite and highly accommodating. Unfortunately we arrived to find a backed up toilet, air conditioning cut out repeatedly. One staff member was very rude. As we are disabled we had to ask for ice to be brought to the room. Treated great except one staffer on the second night repeatedly promised to get ice to the room but after 2 hours of calling and waiting, at 1am we finally went to sleep. With a little more care by engineering and tossing out one person it...

La chambre était spacieuse, lumineuse, avec un grand lit et une grande télévision. La chambre ainsi que l’ensemble de l’hôtel étaient très propres et bien entretenus, avec un service de ménage quotidien. Le personnel était accueillant et chaleureux. ”The first room I was put in had a burnt rug and holes in the carpet. I immediately asked for a change. And when they put me in the next room I realized that it was still a front room and there was no microwave. No breakfast. A lot of food places around. Outside could look way better neighborhood is ghetto. But police are right there.”
