”This property had the potential to be excellent with all the palm trees, the name was ideal (Negril Palms). Upon arrival, right by the door entrance is machinery covered with blue tarp. Hence, the first impression implied ‘we don’t care’. Our family were attending a funeral, and 11 members stayed at Negril Palms. It was shocking that we all had similar experiences. The rooms are spacious, but with very poor care, and the room cleaning staff pay no attention to detail. No amount of laundry will...

”The room we had was excellent. The little bar on site was was also very cool and welcoming. The only downside keeping me from giving an overall 5-star review was the loud music from the bar that went well into the evening and then into the morning. I would certainly stay again…but I’ll bring the ear plugs next time :-) ”

”Great location by the beach. Continental breakfast was OK, included fruits, bread, cake, juice - sufficient for most mornings. Friendly staff. Location in middle of Seven mile beach, perfect beach access. Good bar and sunbathing area. On the other hand, we paid an extra for a room with oceanview. Beware, there is a difference between "oceanview" and "partial oceanview"!. In practise, we could just see a glimse of the ocean from our room; the balcony was not facing westwards but southwards.
