”We had a lovely time at Hope Lake Lodge. My issue was with Expedia! They booked us into a room that the lodge no longer had available. We ended up in a smaller room. The staff at the lodge told us they had been dealing with Expedia’s screw up all day long!”

”Nice place for a short stay. It was clean and staff were really nice. Breakfast buffet was way nicer than most with a lot of options. Only negative is we were excited for the indoor pool but it was so feeezing that we couldn’t enjoy it. ”

”No shower curtain! Took forever to get them to bring one. They must have not changed the bed or something from someone before us being I am very allergic to dogs and as soon as I got in bed i broke out like crazy, which is why need to shower.. and have no shower curtain! Got back in bed and again! So someone before us definitely had a dog in the bed and they absolutely did not change the bedding! We immediately left!”

”We never set foot in the place unfortunately. We got to the property after dark and it was unlit exterior The door was not programmed as promised and we could not get in. The owner didn’t respond to our or the property management company’s many communications for two days so we had to stay at a run down hotel which was all we could get at 9:30 on a Friday night in the middle of nowhere A week later the owner still hadn’t responded or apologized for our family’s considerable inconvenience...

”Where do I begin when we arrived? let me preface this by saying I did not read reviews because it was a last-minute booking as a different one fell through. We were the only car in the whole parking lot (on a saturday) I then noticed immediately at least five homeless people with carts hanging around in and out of rooms, talking loudly and behind us at the motel office the person who literally greeted us was recording us on his phone through the window. Knowing we could not get a refund, we went...

”Stated here before won’t come back bed sheets stained with what looked like blood found on my second night as that side of the bed wasn’t used bathroom light flickered then went out and on last night the outlets near bed stopped working. Ran out of toilet paper and no one was at desk had to run and buy my own at the store. Complained to customer service and they did nothing to compensate the horrible stay”
