Clean room, well-appointed with good room service every day. Hotel location is walkable to historic centre but aside a busy road which can be hard to cross at times. Pool area leaves a lot to be desired, very basic with worn out chairs. Good breakfast options.

Amari SPICE Penang
Checked in was very smooth, "Yaya" from the checked in counter was very helpful and she even call the room to check is everything ok. Breakfast spread was superb. The only setback was the pillow for my 4 nights stay, to soft, maybe hotel can invest for a better pillow, a bit firm should be nice.

The room was nice and clean, they clean them daily. The staff were incredibly helpful with recommendations. They were also very helpful when my wife injured herself paying great care.

大変清潔、かつ、ラグジュアリーな客室で、スタッフのホスピタリティも素晴らしい。朝食も大変美味しかったです。歴史地区からはGrab taxiで10分ほどです。
