This was a nice hotel but I am not sure what is going on now. Tv has not been working in the room the last couple of stays that I had and it seems no one really cares.

This property has seen better days but there is still a lot of potential by simply paying attention to some cleaning. There was a large stain on the curtain in my room which I think really could be easily rectified. Everything else was clean and well presented. All staff were nice (Malek, Heba, Abdulaziz, Saddam and Hala). Restuarant staff were very nice. Some non-compliant guests were smoking in their bedroom but fortunately, it stayed out of my room.

Excellent only problem is the ramp to get access with cars, and also the staff doesn't understand English.

The pool helped entertain the kids. The breakfast was an amazing spread and visually pleasing. I recommend getting the half board or full board option upon making a reservation as the restaurant prices are somewhat expensive. The small ramp at the front of the hotel is horribly designed. Upon arrival or whenever we got a taxi, the vehicle had a hard time getting in because the ramp is steep. The best parts of this hotel are the pool, breakfast, and food options.

Made me upgrade to get a room once I got there and and then gave me a dirty room, ordered and paid for an americano and croissant then the barista closed and left in the afternoon around 1pm

Nice location, room is clean and comfort!
The hotel location is the heart of busy street of Tahlia. Room is spacious, clean and comfort. Only problem is chargeable for early check in, and check out process take more than 20mins waiting. In addition, front car pick up/drop off is not convenient as the entry was built too high from the road, many car cannot enter?

Overall OK, some points not very ideal considering. Gave us the non smoking room, when we walked in there was a stench of smoke that hit us like nothing else. Clearly not following the protocol. I also have asthma so not very ideal. WiFi didn’t work for the first two days. Bathroom drain blocked; when showering, the drain next to the toilet would somehow fill up and soak the entire bathroom. This was fixed once they were informed but no previous checks was obviously done.

Hotel con camere spaziose e pulite, colazione più che soddisfacente, personale cortese, piscina sul tetto tenuta malissimo. Peccato che dopo aver prenotato 10 notti, il settimo giorno sono dovuto partire per una urgenza e l'hotel mi ha detto di contattare Expedia per verificare se fosse possibile ottenere un rimborso, anche parziale, delle notti non usufruite. Expedia mi ha detto di aver contattato l'hotel che ha rifiutato il rimborso. Bastava dirlo alla reception senza fare tutta quella sceneggiata. Non pretendevo nulla, ma un minimo di onestà nel dirmi direttamente di no.
