”Booked a suite. Arrived early, asked if any chance to get a room earlier because of travelling a lack of sleep. Told, the would call us if possible. No call.. sat at reseption
 at 2pm asked again, reply was ”no it is 4pm”. Sat there and watched many guests check in at 2.30. We spoke to the manager and she was no help, just adamant, It turns out, you pay for a suite and you are left till last, so book a normal room, pay less and enjoy your room more. ”Our room was premium room, enough space and nice decor. The wifi did not reach our room though, so we had to go out of the room for that. Customer service was very friendly and they helped us get around. Location is great, almost on the beach and not far from the pier or restaurant area.”

”Room and bathroom were spotless - I was here for two nights and although quite windy outside due to being right by the beach, the decor was lush and cosy! The bed was so comfy that I melted right into it. No problems with the shower either, water pressure is comfortable not too strong or weak.. I would add an extra chair for dining, especially if there are two travellers (my boyfriend was with me).”

We spoke to the manager and she was no help, just adamant, It turns out, you pay for a suite and you are left till last, so book a normal room, pay less and enjoy your room more. Cleaning: Room was not cleaned properly. Hair and crumbes everywhere. Carpet was taped in the main area with duck tape. Breakfast: no fresh pressed orange juice. Carton juice..cheap.. All ingredients poor. We were assigned a table by the window. Next morning different table. No order to service. This is certainly not THE GRAND "
