”All good. Especially the two young ladies at reception(sorry didn’t get their names). Very pleased with everything. Only slight disappointment was the lack of views from the window. Would 100% stay again but ask for room with better view. I live in Leicester and stayed in most of the hotels. This is definitely one of the better ones. Please don’t stay at the Hilton. It’s disgusting ”

”I chose Ramada Encore Leicester for its proximity to Curve Theatre. Upon arrival an, in fact, every time I interacted with the hotel staff, service was excellent. The room was clean and airy, I appreciated the wood floors. The hotel itself was quiet and neat. I did stay up late on Friday and Saturday nights due to the noise coming down from the street below (people partying), but it didn't last terribly late, only till about 1am or so, and I didn't have to be up very early on either following...

Dirty around property meaning on the main path outside property burst and rotten and smelly rubbish all along path guessing the council bin men have had strike action and council not quick enough to clean area up thoroughly.”
”Lovely staff, very friendly. The guesthouse is located a bit away from the town centre, but for me that was fine. It was anyway in a walking distance from bus station (that I needed). My room was nice with a fridge, television and a possibility to make tea. Also wi-fi. All the facilities (toilet and shower) were in a corridor, but they were nice and clean and as there were only a couple of rooms, I never had to wait for my turn.”
”Staff are really friendly and very helpful rooms are lovely and clean and beds are very comfortable supplied with plenty of fresh towels and room for all your belongings and the restaurant has amazing food lots of choice and good value for money and cooked fresh this is my 3rd visit and will continue to stay ”

”Location is convenient. Close to dining, shopping and entertainment. No transportation needed to get around. Friendly staff. Affordable. Rooms had everything we needed and was clean.”
”Hotel is being renovated at moment so rooms are basic but was in right location to visit o2 academy .
Check in guy was lovely, car park aswell so suited our needs for one night.”
