”Great stay. Location was ideal as it was right in the centre and a 2 minute walk to the shopping centre. The room was clean and modern. Staff all very friendly and the midday check out was a bonus.”

”All good. Especially the two young ladies at reception(sorry didn’t get their names). Very pleased with everything. Only slight disappointment was the lack of views from the window. Would 100% stay again but ask for room with better view. I live in Leicester and stayed in most of the hotels. This is definitely one of the better ones. Please don’t stay at the Hilton. It’s disgusting ”

”Excellent value for money in Leicester city Centre. Room is very spacious, quiet and comfortable. Great coffee machine and mini fridge for those who need it. Could use an in room safe for those who bring valuables. ”

”I chose Ramada Encore Leicester for its proximity to Curve Theatre. Upon arrival an, in fact, every time I interacted with the hotel staff, service was excellent. The room was clean and airy, I appreciated the wood floors. The hotel itself was quiet and neat. I did stay up late on Friday and Saturday nights due to the noise coming down from the street below (people partying), but it didn't last terribly late, only till about 1am or so, and I didn't have to be up very early on either following...

Dirty around property meaning on the main path outside property burst and rotten and smelly rubbish all along path guessing the council bin men have had strike action and council not quick enough to clean area up thoroughly.”

”Lovely staff, very friendly. The guesthouse is located a bit away from the town centre, but for me that was fine. It was anyway in a walking distance from bus station (that I needed). My room was nice with a fridge, television and a possibility to make tea. Also wi-fi. All the facilities (toilet and shower) were in a corridor, but they were nice and clean and as there were only a couple of rooms, I never had to wait for my turn.”
