Huvilat – Joe Island

”I just want to say the place is nice, but it needs more cleaning. There was a lot of pet hair, and the floor was dirty. These are small things, but if they paid a little more attention to those details, it would be absolutely fantastic, a perfect 100. If you asked me if I would recommend it, my answer would be yes. As I said before, the place is very nice, comfortable, and cozy, and the neighborhood is very quiet. Would I go back? Of course I would, just please, more cleaning!”

”This was our 2nd time at the villa. We love that it is so close to the riverwalk with beautiful views and having a small park across the street is a plus. The unit is spotless with everything you need and very private. It’s a great place for a quiet getaway. The hosts are very friendly and accessible if you need anything. We would not hesitate to stay here again!”

”Little Harbor is a beautiful resort with 2 Marinas, 2 restaurants, beach, and pools. From the 2 decks in back of the unit you can watch the manatees and dolphins. The location is close to Tampa, St. Petersburg and Clearwater. Carmen the property manager was super to work with.”

”The property was very welcoming to pets. My dog enjoyed the pet area. The villa was absolutely gorgeous. The kitchen had everything we need to cook in. My sister and i enjoyed sitting out in the backyard it was beautifully decorated. We also liked being close to the Riverwalk. We walked the rivery every day. Theresa was very helpful in answering our questions timely manner. The only thing we didn't like on our stay is the cool weather and you have no control over that. I would recommend...
