”This hotel is relatively new and features a great staff along with full amenities. My room was very clean and included a small kitchen. The breakfast offered was ample and generous. I was particularly impressed with the cleanliness throughout the hotel. While my room had a spacious shower, I would have preferred a bathtub as well. Parking was convenient and free. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Grand Prairie.”

”The older lady with blonde hair seemed to be a manger rude and condescending asked a simple question about points . Someone needs to teach her some people skills she had none . The young man the night before was super friendly . He should take her job for sure. He was warm and personable and welcoming. Thank goodness only stayed 1 night.

”I liked the property but the parking situation is a complete nightmare. I had to drive around and fight for a spot every time I wanted to go somewhere (this was even parking some distance away; I wasn’t trying to get a close spot, just to park anywhere). Total circus and meanwhile there’s underground parking for a valet fee. Don’t tout “free parking” when it really isn’t or open up that other parking area. I was beyond frustrated.”
