”We booked 2 day stay,we left for the day and the cleaner helped herself to my lotion soap body butter the manager never called to follow up”

”We called to check if rooms had Keurig type coffee makers and we were told they did. They did not. We had one bar on the Wi-Fi the entire stay. Most importantly we did not feel very safe there. The slider doors did not lock very well and main door did not even fit its frame. We had to use a key to unlock and relock a gate leading to our room and were afraid if there were an emergency how that could cause a delay. There was also a gentleman that seemed nice enough in the room next to ours on...

”We reserved (based on pictures) nice looking hotel. Reality was that this is not hotel, it’s motel. Even the reseption admitted that the hotel description is wrong, their establishment is motel. We wanted to cancel the reservation due to totally wrong information. Reseptionist claimed that we should have asked more pictures before reservation. Best Western has forgotten to add motel pictures”

”Tv only had local news and VERY OLD NYPD BLUE, Law & Order and Family Feuds. Many streaming channels, but only if you wanted to buy new subscriptions… No way to sign in with existing info. AC either very cold or not cold at all… Remote didn’t work even after they gave me another one. No grab bar in shower. Very old bathroom no ledges or place to put anything by toiletries. But the most uncomfortable thing was that there wasn’t a single chair in the room. You could be in bed or not …nothing else....

”Had a great stay. Booked 2 rooms side by side. No complaints.”

”Stayed here 5nights while visiting family living nearby. Good size king room, very clean and fantastic staff. The ladies who run the breakfast buffet are great! Housekeeping is awesome. On site laundry on 3rd floor is handy and area was also clean. It’s run remotely by an app you can download to your smartphone. We’d definitely stay here again.”

”It’s an older building but well maintained. The check in was fast and easy. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom clean. Breakfast was good. Shuttle service was great to and from JFK airport.”

”The hotel just appeared to be old and not well maintained. The common hall was not air-conditioned ad it smelled. The bathroom needed help. Bath tub faucet would not keep prmpetature unless the shower was running I ran hot water in my legs due to cramps, the regulator kept moving until my legs were burning. Tge tub was stained black. I would have never taken a bath in that. No toiletries. The kitchen had no footwear, dishes, glasses etc”

”Hotel was clean, and room was adequate. Suggestion: Oblong Toilet is not a good idea in such a closet bathroom. Shower needed a new shower head and faucets need to be replaced. But your front desk receptionist is just a great asset to your Hotel. Absolutely a wonderful personality. A keeper for sure.”
