”Always love staying at this place. The staff is very accommodating and wonderful. We stayed in one of the luxury suites this time up towards the top that had amazing views! Love the layout and everything about it. The only thing we didn’t like on this particular trip was this particular bed was very firm. Made for some kind of sleepless nights. Other than that, the experience is always great and we will keep coming back.”

”I would strongly recommend this hotel . Great location and the suites are very nice. Staying in the main floor is not a good idea. Can’t really see outside and the 3 rooms we tried all had saggy mattresses. When we were moved up to the 3rd floor it was grand!!lots of light overlooking the pool and most importantly, we had a very good mattress.

”Was a hassle to get the shuttle. Told to watch for certain vehicle at a certain spot and that was not what showed up!!!
When arrived at hotel, did not receive room we booked and there was no other available room for us. Kids had to sleep on cot and floor!!!! Terrible!

”Everything was very nice except for the person duty when we checked in, his mood was unprofessional and unpleasant. The hotel’s location is the best and the decor is so unique and fun! The free drink card was a very nice touch! Room was quiet, cooled perfectly and bed was comfortable. I would the hotel and just hope you are greeted properly when you check in! Didn’t ruin our time, it was vacation! ”
