”Hotel location is Great! Room size is enough big even for 2 adults and 2 small children.”

”Lovely hotel and room. Would absolutely recommend! Only issue was that the staff was constantly requesting feedback (6 times withing one night stay) and it got disturbing. Also, I paid for the breakfast but that was not visible for the hotel - likely the issue is with hotels.com”

”JM Marvel Hotel & Spa in Hanoi was the most positive hotel experience I have had in years. The hotel took care of our transportation from the airport to the hotel, and vice versa. This is a service recommend using. I also used their spa services, and can recommend using them. The receptionist were one of a kind in their friendliness. Their rooms were very high quality and clean, and the bed was excellent. They have a restaurant upstairs were the food is great, and service is excellent. The...

”Very good stay. Excellent location and breakfast. Very friendly staff. They really went above and beyond to make my stay in Hanoi successful. Recommend the room without window, it is quiet.”

”These are such nice and huge rooms. The property itself and the building is really good quality and it’s right in the middle of the best street foods in Hanoi. Staff are amazing and very helpful”

”Hyvällä paikalla. Erinomainen palvelu ja loistava aamiainen”

”Su Casa is a great apartment properry in Hanoi. It has a great location, very attentive staff, clean, spacious rooms, fast WiFI, and a nice roofdeck lounging area. Our 2 BR 3rd floor aprtment had a wonderful floor to ceiling wondow overlooking the Old Quarter and a great kitchen area for making small meals. We had a minor issues with checkinf in but Su Casa has a a "hot line" that easily solved our problem. We shy away from staying at larhe cjaom jotels when we travel and prefer local properties...

”It was very lovely”

”Kaksi yötä työmatkalla kohti etelämpää Vietnamia. Hotelli erittäin hyvällä paikalla lähellä Vanhaa Hanoita, mutta silti rauhallinen. Vaikuttaa uudehkolta, erittäin hyvin ylläpidetty. Huoneissa käytännössä kaikki mitä työmatkalla tarvitsee, erittäin siisti. Melkeinpä ylitsevuotavaisen ystävällinen henkilökunta. Monipuolinen aamiainen. ”

”Very spacious hotel rooms. Everything in the room shows quality craftsmanship. Staff are friendly and helpful. Would recommend.”

”Very cost effective and friendly staffs”

”Service was impeccable. There's always someone to open the door and help with luggage. Rooms are a touch outdated but very well maintained and clean. We were on the 6th floor and there was minimal noise. Overall the room was a really nice oasis to return to after a day in the heat and hustle of Hanoi. They change the towels and sheets and clean the room on a daily basis. There is a terrace on the top floor which we regret not visiting and a gym which was adequate for us. They also had...
