”I absolutely loved Bi Ecosuites. The hosts were amazing! The building is located in a very quiet and safe residential neighborhood, not far from all the cafes, shops, barbers, restaurants, massage parlors, monuments, tourist attractions. You name it. The room itself was top notch. Very clean, nicely furnished and equipped with everything you would need for a short or long stay. The big Samsung smart tv was great too. I highly recommend Bi Ecosuites while in Hanoi. ”

”The hotel room is clean, the bed is comfortable, the air conditioner runs smoothly and the space is quiet at night. Great location, just a few minutes to Hoan Kiem Lake walking street and the train street. I really like the breakfast buffet here - with pho, eggs and bread. The staff is enthusiastic and friendly. The price is reasonable compared to the central area. If you want a simple, clean, central place to stay - Sky Charm Hanoi hotel & spa is a good choice.”

”JM Marvel Hotel & Spa in Hanoi was the most positive hotel experience I have had in years. The hotel took care of our transportation from the airport to the hotel, and vice versa. This is a service recommend using. I also used their spa services, and can recommend using them. The receptionist were one of a kind in their friendliness.

”Lovely hotel and room. Would absolutely recommend! Only issue was that the staff was constantly requesting feedback (6 times withing one night stay) and it got disturbing. Also, I paid for the breakfast but that was not visible for the hotel - likely the issue is with hotels.com”

”Only stayed for one night but we were made to feel welcome as soon as we arrived. We were given snacks and a drink, check in was quick and easy and we were given a room upgrade to an amazing suite. The hotel and room was stunning and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
