”I booked this location because it was listed as a hotel. It is not. They are 5-6 small bungalows. The pictures are incredibly misleading. Theres a pool, but it was green, with tacky signs everywhere saying that the pool was closed. I tried to get a refund after I stepped in one of the rooms, which looked nothing like the pictures, only to have to have to contact 3 different support staff to see what happened. They argued that although the pictures can vary, all the rooms offer the same...

”Stayed at this property 3 years ago and it was wonderful, that's why we came back to it. However, now it is remotely managed, with very slow response to questions, concerns and problems. First room head wet floors and reeked of whatever cleaning solution they used to clean. Rooms, was in a back corner with a window that looked out on a fence and a garbage bin. Was relocated to another room directly above it with no view at all and incredibly small for the size bed that was in the room. To...
