”It was amazing. For a person who comes from the Caribbean I can tell it was a great place. I felt like I was in Punta Cana, DR. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I loved the restaurants and their menus. The lobby was stunning with all the plants and designs around. I would definitely be back there.”

”Booked this hotel on Expedia when I got there. Came to know that the hotel is just booked not charged I specially specified 6 people but the room was very small and the hotel eas not cooperating to give extra bed or do something the tv in lounge was not working the hotel lobby staff was very helpful but it was not in there hand”

”Do not ever stay here or go through Expedia to stay here. There was a terrible storm and all flights were canceled so I couldn't get to FLL. I was very excited as it was a birthday trip and I had been to the resort the year before, this time in hopes of creating a tradition. However, since I could not get there I was looking to get some money back as I know there was a 72 hours rule. When I called the hotel first hung up on me. Then I called again and the manager said they would look into it but...
