”The rental itself was spacious and clean. The neighborhood was a bit run down, but overall it was okay. There was a pool advertised, which we never saw or could locate. It may the town community pool they were referring to, but it was demolished and still a mile or so from the actual property. It was close to the venue we were attending and we also found a couple hidden gems nearby for food, so we did enjoy our stay.”

”We had a great time staying here with my family. The place was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. It was a wonderful bonus to see and hear the peacocks roaming around the neighborhood! Communication with Samantha was excellent—she was highly responsive and flexible. We will definitely book this place again in the future!”

”Great stay in Miami! I wanted to extend my stay, it was so awesome, but it was music week/Ultra fest so not an option. Otherwise I would have stayed longer than a week. Private, good value, and in a perfect location to access a lot of what Miami has to offer. Short walk to Las Rosas!!”

”Overall it was a good start. Very quiet area for the most part. I feel it safe and able to walk at night. Sufficient space but there is no pullout couch. There’s only two beds, queen and full. No way 6 people can sleep without an additional inflatable. Furniture was ok. Kitchen was ok but there were ants and mold. Bathroom was pretty clean. Had an issue with parking one day. Overall it was a good stay. The property needs deep cleaning and upkeep.”
