”My wife and I are locals and just needed a place to get away for the night. Very clean, quiet, and cozy. Highly recommend over a hotel which cost about the same. Complimentary snacks and coffee put it over the top. We will be back.”

”The cottage was cute and clean. Well stocked and in a good location. It was noisy outside but quiet and comfortable inside. Great for traveling with a pet. Lots of yard to walk around. Weaverville has a really nice park just down the road. I enjoyed my stay.”

”The place was cute and exactly as described. When we arrived, it was horribly musty smelling. We had to open all the doors and windows and turn on the fans. There were gnats in the kitchen area and the bathroom, dust bunnies in multiple places, and a missing smoke detector. The yard had not been mowed recently and was unpleasant to walk through to the creek. There was a fire pit with yard chairs stacked on top. No firewood in sight. At the total price of $241 for one night, we were disappointed.”

”We loved the location! Just a short walk across the street to the beach! Close the the Cortez bridge and marina for easy dining and getting off the Island easily! Very clean and outfitted with all we needed! Having beach chairs in good condition was a real plus! The courtyard is so well kept and we used the grill and ate outside! We had a great stay!!!!!”
