Sevice was impeccable and polite: totally five stars! Lobby and other premises in good comdition. Rooms are slightly old, but very clean! Location is very good in quiet neighborhood woth a short distance from all the main attractions.

The property itself was fine - great location, as described, no real complaints there. However we took advantage of the parking space offer that was available and paid upfront for this (30€/night), only to find out on arrival that this parking garage is a 25 min drive away from the property itself, which is an unreasonable distance away from any accommodation, and this was never made clear beforehand. Especially when we were able to get free parking directly outside the property very easily (note this is between 6pm - 8am only, but even so it was easy enough to find other free parking nearby during the day). At the end of our stay, I explained to the accommodation contact directly that due to the location being so far away and inconvenient we did not make use of the parking garage at all and respectfully asked for a refund, which was immediately declined. In short - the property itself is fine, but be VERY wary of paying for any additional parking as it is nowhere near the property - and will be especially inconvenient if you have a decent amount of luggage with you as you'll be walking this all the way through the city with it (or paying for an unnecessary uber).
