The carpet was extremely dirty geckos, and it looked like a few other bugs in the house, but great
Beautifully size property, pool. The only downside was the driveway and the dirty carpets with thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come again.

We had a lovely week
The house is absolutely beautiful, the pictures don’t do it justice. The layout is a little weird since the house is built into the hill, with 3 bedrooms and a bathroom on the top floor where you can enter, then the main floor and then on the lowest level is the master suite. The kitchen is well appointed. We spent most of our time on the lanai and in the pool. We would absolutely stay again.

Eveything was excellent about this property. My only dissapointment is that there no great restaurants nearby, but that has nothing to do with the property itself.

Phenomenal home + location!
This home far exceeded every expectation and preconception we had before arrival. We spent almost all our awake time on the amazing shaded lanai by the pool/hot tub when we were not out doing tourist stuff. The built-in Sonos throughout the house and the whale viewing were added bonuses. Yesterday we watched one whale, not far off-shore, breach at least 10 times in the space of five minutes. If we come back to the Big Island we’d love to stay here again.

Big Island Adventure
What an amazing home! We were thrilled to spend 12 days in this fantastic residence. Great location, spotlessly clean, well appointed and flat-out beautiful views. Our contact Gabbie was very helpful and pleasant. She met us upon arrival, giving us a quick but thorough overview of the home and we were sitting by the pool taking in the breathtaking views in no time. It was as if we had our own high-end resort. I would definitely love to come back to this beautiful home again.

Amazing Home
As we awaited the time before our scheduled trip, we were just hoping the pictures adequately depicted what the house was really like. When we got there, we were so happy to find out the pictures depicted exactly how amazing the house actually was. The picturesque views from the deck, the pool, the hot tub the rooms - just plain breathtaking. Thank you for a wonderful experience with our stay in Hawaii.

Paradise Found!
Our family rented this beautiful home for 2 weeks. The views are incredible and the home is very nice and comfortable. It is well stocked and appointed. The beds were very comfortable as was the furniture. The huge lanai offers lots of seating with a poolside and 180 degree ocean view. The property manager was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We will definitely be back to once again rent this amazing home in an awesome location and in a secure gated community.

Amazing place!!
This was the most wonderful house! Waking up to a beautiful view of the ocean every day was heaven. The primary bedroom and bathroom were phenomenal. The pool and hot tub were amazing and the temperature in them was perfect all week. We hardly left the house. Was definitely the most relaxing vacation, even with a 4 and 7 year old. Working with Adriana was exceptional. She was helpful and professional. She gave us the name of a personal shopper for groceries before we got there. Was so helpful!!

Amazing property
First thing you need to know about this place is that every evening you have an amazing view of the sunset right from the pool or lanai. My wife and I brought our three children and my parents and there was plenty of room for everyone. All the basic supplies were plentiful (paper towels, tp, detergent,cleaning supplies). Kitchen has everything you need to make some great meals. The neighborhood is great. All high end houses, guard house. Very secure. We could live here, no problem. The view is stunning, house is great. There are a lot of stairs, which was the only complaint from my 70+ year old parents, but no one else seemed to mind. If you are looking for an amazing rental in Kona this is it. Ten minutes from Ali'i Drive which is the main "boardwalk" along the ocean with shops and plenty of places to eat. A couple hours from the volcano. Can't say enough about how great this place is. Highly recommend. Communication with Adraina and Yuki was great. Quick response if an issue came up or we needed a recommendation on a place to eat after we landed.

The best of Hawaii
The house Is beautiful, spacious, and nicely appointed with a gorgeous view of the ocean from the generous lanai. We had everything we needed for a wonderful Hawaiian holiday including plenty of snorkeling gear. The property is perfectly located, close to grocery stores and restaurants. I would definitely rent again.

What a delight!
Beautiful property. Perfect location. Stunning views. The hot tub was not functioning during our stay and the one dryer (there are 2) was acting up a bit. other than that we had everything that we needed and had a wonderful time.

Amazing week in Kailua-Kona
The description and photos online do not do the home justice. The property is located in a quite guarded gated neighborhood within a 5-10 min drive to town. The views from the back are expansive and awe inspiring. We were a group of two families with 3 kids total. There was plenty of space and privacy for everyone. We spent most of our home time on the back lanai, and there are many seating options for us all. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, as is the gas grill (which we used one afternoon). The pool/spa were great for the kids and us adults. Adriana was a great host. From the time of booking she communicated with us, gave recommendations for food/grocery delivery, and answered all house related questions. She was at the house when we arrived and showed us around. Best yet, she maintained open communication with us throughout the trip and was quick to respond to any questions we had. The home is fully stocked with Hawaiian bath products, beach items (towels. Boogie boards, kayaks, snorkels) such that all you need to bring is you! Complaints/issues: none Wish we could have stayed longer and/or moved in forever. With the internet (we had some work Zooms) we could have just stayed indefinitely. It’s a fabulous property in an ideal location.

Paradise waiting!
We had such a wonderful stay! Beautiful home and beautiful island! The house was perfect and the views were amazing. The pool and hot tub were a huge hit for my grandkids. I think the only thing we had a problem with was having guests over. We have family and friends on the island and sometimes it was hard to get them in through the security , however it is a very secure property. We will definitely be back!! Thank you for the amazing time!

Great Kona house and location
We spent two weeks at this gorgeous home in June 2019. It was our 50th anniversary and we celebrated with our family. There were six adults and one child and we had plenty of space inside and on the generous Lani. The photos on the listing were spot on with the way the house and views looked during our stay. The leasing agents, Adriana and Yuki, were easy to work with during the reservation process. Adriana met us at the house upon our arrival and gave us the tour. She was also helpful in getting a couple of minor items fixed during our stay. The main floor has the kitchen, indoor dining room, den, washer/dryer and a tv room. The back of the house opens to a wrap around Lani with multiple seating areas, an outdoor dining table for eight, Weber gas grill and an infinity edge pool and spa. There is an amazing view of the ocean looking down from the Lani. Upstairs from the main floor are three bedrooms and two baths. There is access to the upstairs bedrooms from the main floor as well as a separate entrance from the outside. The master suite is downstairs from the main floor and has a huge bedroom/sitting area, large tub, walk-in shower, large walk through closet and another washer/dryer. We would highly recommend this house and look forward to staying here again. There are plenty of beach towels, snorkeling equipment, boogie boards and beach chairs available for use. Yuki even recommenced a private chef who came to the house and prepared dinner for the group after we had a small vow renewal ceremony in the back yard.
