"Staff are all friendly and helpful. Soundproofing of rooms can be better, especially those with adjoining doors. Was woken up by neighbour talking and laughing loudly in the middle of thr night through the adjoining door area."

"Despite some hiccups at the start and the end, with faulty aircon and power trips (beyond their control), it is still my hotel of choice to bring my mum and grandmother. Attentive and responsive reception and maintenance. Even housekeeping crew is great. 2nd time staying here."
