Hotellit lähellä kohdetta Katherine Dunham Museum

”Henkilökunnan palvelualttiudessa parannettavaa ja muutenkin hotellin palvelut heikot. Sijainti lähellä Gateway Archia ok, mutta muuten hotellin ympäristö aika hurjassa kunnossa.”

”Room was clean just an older motel. Everyone tried to help just lack of communication. Couldn’t hear them.”

”Upon arriving I was greeted with great hospitality by Roxanne . The room was extremely clean in every aspect. The happy hour was phenomenal. I will always choose Drury Inn in Collinsville to stay, and I will also recommend for others to stay at this location.”

”Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä, aamiainen oli runsas ja maittava, voisin yöpyä toistekin.”

”ended up not even staying half of everything was closed never even went up to the room. it was in the middle of nowhere. only thing that was available was gambling. even the gift shop was closed. got the run a round trying to cancel and finally just ate the 200 bucks it cost me and left. Expedia and even the protection plan I purchased would not give a refund either.”

”I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 because of the front desk staff. The lady on night audit was fantastic but the young lady who worked in the evening would be pulled from the desk so much I was never able to buy snacks when I wanted. I guess I could’ve just taken them like I’m sure others have but after working in hotels as a manager for 10 years I chose to be ethical and leave this review instead.”

”I stay here whenever I come to St. Louis because I know that I'll get a great room that's clean, a friendly innkeeper and his dog, and an excellent breakfast to start my day! The location is in a neighborhood right across from Benton Park. Street parking is easy peasy.”

”Very nice place. We will come back if we are in the area. One thing to note. This a Bed & No Breakfast.”

”I have stayed here off and on for 5 years. First thing was they asked for my credit card to charge incidental, $40.00. If I didn't have issues, I would get it back. The second thing was my room, 218, was so covered up in strong room deodorant, it choked me, made my eyes water. It was terrible. I talked to housekeeping who stated some use strong deodorant and some use not so strong. After unpacking. All of my clothes, shoes, etc smells like it. I had to wash my clothes twice I think you...

”Amazing! Super nice staff (Christie & Jeremi)! They were super sweet and helpful! Explained everything and then some. Could not believe there was a free buffet dinner as well as breakfast! Gained a new loyal guest!”

”Exactly what you would expect from a four seasons hotel. Fantastic, all the way around!”

”We enjoyed our stay ! The staff was very helpful and friendly. Quite pleasant to meet and talk with.”

”Well organized, but the noise from the Interstate was a bit disappointing.”
