I thought when you booked a room it was for two guests, obviously it wasn’t and I had to shell out another thousand dollars for my spouse to stay with me in same room. ”Our stay at Grand Oasis Palm was extremely disappointing, especially traveling with young children (ages 5 and 3). The rooms were very run down and not well maintained.
