”Me and my girlfriend stayed there last night. We got the keys to the room and front rep guy. He said to drive to the side door so we would be close to our room. We drove down there and the key lock did not open with our room key so my girl went all the way around to get the front rep guy. He came, opened the door and put a rock in the bottom stating the key lock was broken. We got in our room and there weren’t any wash cloths, no hair dryer and we wanted two more towels. He came out w 2 more...

”The continental breakfast was good. However we thought our room was clean until we found a dirty mens underwear inside a night stand and a dirty wash cloth on the shower curtain. I complain at the front desk when we checked out and all they said was that they will put extra points in my account. I took pictures of these things and showed the front desk clerk.”
