”We arrived way earlier than check in due to our schedule changing at the last minute. Plus, our online special request wasn’t received by the hotel. The staff was so pleasant & accommodating. They got us a room & ended up having to change it due to my service dog. That was the special request. However, while looking to get us into a room, ASAP, that would accommodate my dog, she found one that was just cleaned & allowed for dogs. The maintenance man introduced himself & explained the remolding...
